Students in LWTC's Culinary Arts Program serve lunch at this 64-seat
college restaurant under the guidance of
Chef Instructors
Don Johnson and Alan Joynson.
The students' skills in exhibition cooking are demonstrated by the daily
menu, monthly international buffets, weekly specials,
smoked meats,
catering, and ice sculptures.
